About Me
I’m Martin. I’m 26 years old. I have a Bachelor’s in Science in Mechanical Engineering. I am also NLP practioner certified by Tad James. Here’s the stuff that I’m passionate about:
1) I fucking CARE about people. It’s just the way it is. This includes the people I work with, my customers, my friends, my family. All of em.
2) I love the process of coaching people and more specifically the process of deconstructing their limiting reality and re-constructing it into something more beneficial for them. It is an almost HOLY experience for me; a flow that’s unparalled to any other experience.
3) I love change technology. I love studying it , implemting it, experimenting with it, failing with it, talking about it, reading about it, etc. Some of my favorite tools include: NLP, Neurosematics, Hypnosis, 6 Human Needs Psychology, IEMT, etc. I like them all.
4) I love entrepeneurship, and I’m always studying business and marketing. I read up on guys like Gary Vaynerchuk, Richard Branson, Tim Ferris, Kevin Rose, Frank Kern and Tony Hsieh. These are guys I admire. At this point, I’ve started 4 businesses. The first one fell flat on it’s face, because I did nothing:)… so maybe that doesn’t count, but I did quit my job to start it:) The other three are works in progress. Two are in the development stages, and I have pretty high expectations for these. The last one is established, but it’s not anywhere near where I want it to be, but I continue hustling and trust that it’ll pay off.
5) I’ve done a lot of work on myself, and one of the most important change works I’ve done was to get clear on my personal values. Here are some of my top values: I believe in transperancy, open communication, building empowering relationships, family, authenticity, accountability, humbleness, self-belief, resilience, character, and personal strength.
6) I am a huge believer in gratitude and appreciation. I believe that success without these two ingredients equals failure.
7) I am also getting back into working out. I was consistent with it for 9 years before I quit it. It’s now part of my identity once again and I’m back on the health tip.
8 ) I love social media. I love learning about it. I love interacting in it. I love everything about it. I am fascinated by its power.
9) I love to teach what I’m passionate about. I teach over skype. I mentor a couple of people that like to learn from me. I have people come to my house, and I give little guerilla style seminars. Whatever. I can’t get enough of teaching. One of my best teaching tools is my public speaking. I treasure this skillset A LOT, because when I decided to become better at it I couldn’t even fathom the possiblity of me enjoying public speaking. It seemed IMPOSSIBLE.
